We know traffic and parking in Miami in March can be a challenge. Give yourself some extra time – it’ll be worth it!  Here are our best parking tips for each of our screening venues:

Olympia Theater (174 E. Flagler Street, Miami)
Our favorite way to find convenient parking is in two nearby parking garages. One is called Knight/Convention Center (G4) at 100 SE 2nd Street, two blocks south of the theater, entrance is on ONE-WAY WESTBOUND SE 2nd Street - validation for this garage is available for $5.00 at the Main Bar in the Olympia. Theater Lobby. Another good option is College Station Garage at 190 NE 3rd Street, two blocks north of the theater, there are two entrances – on ONE-WAY WESTBOUND NE 3rd Street and ONE-WAY EASTBOUND NE 2nd Street. More info:

Regal Cinemas South Beach (1100 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach)
Guests who park in Lincoln Center Parking, at 1623 Alton Rd., adjacent to the Regal, may have their parking ticket validated by the theater for a reduced rate. Validation machine is at the customer service desk on the second floor. If the Lincoln Center lot is full, you may also find parking at 1111 Lincoln Road Parking garage or metered street parking.

Tower Theater Miami (1508 SW 8th Street, Miami)
There is plenty of metered parking available on 8th Street (Calle Ocho) as well as well as a public lot behind the cinema, a public lot behind adjacent Domino Plaza and public lots on either side of SW 16th Ave. between SW 7th St & 8th St.  Additionally the neighborhoods surrounding the theater are not residentially restricted so public parking is available on the streets to the south and north of the theater.

O Cinema Miami Beach (500 71st Street, Miami Beach)
Parking is plentiful in North Beach! There are several public parking lots owned and operated by the City of Miami Beach surrounding the cinema that we recommend. There is a small parking lot just east of the building on the corner of Byron Ave and 71st (next to Prima Pasta) and a much larger lot on 73rd Street and Collins Avenue. All metered parking lots are enforced from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., seven days per week. Parking is free all week long after 6pm!

Landmark Theatres at Merrick Park (358 San Lorenzo Ave #3005, Coral Gables)
Parking can be accessed from the rotary at the intersection Ponce de Leon Blvd and Greco Abe and on Le Jeune Road. Parking is $3.00 for up to 2 hours. Each additional hour is $1.00 with a daily maximum of $10. Parking after 6:00 PM is free until 2:00 AM. Regular parking rates apply at all other times. Handicap parking is available on each level at all parking garage. Cash valet parking is also available in front of the Main Garden between Villagio and Yard House, at the north entrance to Neiman Marcus, and at the north entrance to Nordstrom.

Coral Gables Art Cinema (260 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables)
There is an adjacent parking garage which costs $1.50 for 3 hours when validated in theater. After that it is $1.00 per hour.

Have fun and see you at the Festival !
